After each statement below, rate your parish on its current progress
in integrating the Church's social mission into various aspects of parish life.


5=Outstanding; 4=Very Good; 3=Adequate; 2= Needs Improvement; 1=Does not exist


Rating

1.   The musical repertoire of all parish masses includes songs that reflect social issues and the call to justice.

2.  The general intercessions of the liturgy are inclusive and consistently reflect the needs of the community and the people of God’s responsibility to be agents of God’s justice and peace.

3.  Justice ministries (like legislative advocacy and Sowers of Justice) are included whenever volunteer ministries are celebrated; e.g. Volunteer Appreciation Rituals.

4.  All participants in worship are welcomed, especially newcomers, the physically challenged, people of color, strangers, the elderly, children, and single people.

5.  A variety of people are represented among the liturgical ministries, including women, the physically challenged, the young, and racial and ethnic minorities.

6.  The environment is barrier-free: visually, audibly, and for mobility.
